The third quarter was an even tussle with both teams scoring 2.1 apiece to end the third quarter Falcons 8.7 Rovers 4.11.The last quarter saw both teams hard at the ball
and it was only at the 19 minute mark that Rovers hit the front for the first time since the second quarter to lead by 8 points. Falcons then scored a late goal to reduce the

100 Games for Shaun Sullivan

Last week saw Sully play his 100th game for the Falcons Football club. Shaun sets another couple of records for the Falcons by becoming the youngest player [23]to reach 100 games, the quickest to play 100 games having missed only 1 game in the past 6 years and by becoming the first father, John Sullivan and son combination to play 100 games each for the club. Shaun has proved to be a first class forward for the Falcons, being the leading goal kicker for the Falcons for the past 4 years , kicking a record 17 goals in a game in 2009, NPFL Leading Goal Kicker in 2009 and is a 2006 Premiership player.
Quite a record as a player but Shaun has also served on the committee, is currently the players social club coordinator and is always helping out around the club.
Congratulations Shaun on a fantastic contribution to the Falcons Football Club from all the players and supporters.

50 Games for Nathaniel Ihamino [Westy]

Congratulations to Westy on 50 games for the Karratha Falcons. This adds to his 140+ games for Wesley Curtin Tigers football club (WAAFL) and 20+ games for the Towns Football Club (GNFL). Westy has established himself as a bit of a legend at the Falcons Football Club both on and off the field. On the field he is a fantastic on-baller, a goal sneak and a great team player, whilst off the field his support and contribution to the club is outstanding and much appreciated by all.
